Mya Blanco is a senior from Newington High School and has been a member of FBLA for almost four years. She has been serving as the NHS FBLA President since 2022 and was on the CT FBLA State Council as the Vice President from 2022 to 2023. Mya has placed second in Intro. to FBLA and the Local Chapter Annual Business Report at the CT SLC in 2022. In 2023, she placed second in Networking Infrastructure and third in the Community Service Project for the state. Additionally, Mya has attended the 2022 and 2023 National Leadership Conference where she had the opportunity to network with future business leaders across the country. Outside of FBLA, Mya has a variety of jobs and hobbies including experience as a Social Media Manager, Fitness Sales Associate, Bank Teller, and the Varsity Golf Captain.
Rohan Pruthi is a senior from South Windsor High School. He has been a member of his school's chapter for 4 years, serving as a council member in 2021, and as SWHS's Historian in 2023. At SLC 2021, Rohan earned a BAA award and placed 2nd place in Intro to Bus. Comm., later competing in NLC 2021 virtually. He also placed 3rd in the state for Bus. Comm. at SLC 2022. Rohan started as one of the chapter's only active freshmen during COVID year and gradually helped grow SWHS's club as he volunteered to run the chapter's events and lead the chapter to receive silver recognition at SLC 2023. Outside of FBLA, he enjoys playing the trumpet and being part of SWHS Model UN, Mock Trial, and Science Olympiad. He looks forward to expanding outreach and connections between chapters across the state, and can't wait to help foster success in CT FBLA this year!

Anna Salomone is a senior at Ridgefield High School and has been an active FBLA member since sophomore year. In the 2023-2024 school year, she will serve as the Ridgefield Chapter’s Co-President, alongside CT FBLA Treasurer, Sofia Ganal. She also serves as the Social Media Manager for her chapter. Anna has attended and placed at both the 2022 and 2023 SLC. In 2022, she placed 1st in Marketing, and in 2023, 1st in Sports and Entertainment Management. With her qualification, she attended the 2022 and 2023 NLC, where she had the honor of being able to network with other business students. Outside of FBLA, Anna is a high honor roll student and member of the National Honor Society. She spends her time outside of school doing community service, working at a Ridgefield coffee shop, and running cross country.
Sofia Ganal is a senior at Ridgefield High School who has been involved in FBLA since her freshman year. Since her sophomore year, she has served as one of Ridgefield’s officers and will be the 2023-2024 Co-President. Sofia has placed and qualified for Nationals at the SLC both her sophomore and junior year. In 2022, she placed 3rd in Intro to Business Presentations and attended the NLC in Chicago. In 2023, she placed 1st in Digital Video Production. Using the knowledge she gained in FBLA, Sofia started a small jewelry business and is a consigner at a local boutique. Outside of business, Sofia is a high honor roll student, the President of her school’s National Honors Society, and a Varisty soccer and lacrosse player. She also volunteers over one hundred hours each year with National Charity League.
