Mansi Sharma is a senior at Simsbury High School, and has been an active member of FBLA since her freshman year. She has attended 3 national conferences, received the 2018 Who’s Who award, and completed the Future level BAA. Mansi has competed in Introduction to Financial Math, Introduction to Business, Business Calculations and Emerging Business Issues. She is also serving as a chapter officer for her third year. Outside of FBLA, Mansi is the President of Mock Trial and treasurer of Search For a Cure. She is also involved in the National Honor Society, National Business Honor Society, and the National French Honor Society.
Lucio Bellantoni, a Senior at Danbury High school in Connecticut. He has been an active member of FBLA for one two years now. For a second time serving as one of the Vice Presidents for the FBLA of Connecticut organization. Another leadership role that has been fulfilled is a two term class presidency at Danbury High School. Meanwhile being a dedicated member in the National Business Honor society taking part in many beneficial community service projects. Generating another great year for Connecticut FBLA is of upmost importance!
Gregoria Serretta Fiorentino
Gregoria Serretta Fiorentino, your State co-Vice President, is from the Hotchkiss School and has been an active FBLA member for two years. After starting the FBLA chapter at Hotchkiss, she now serves as the chapter President. Her FBLA achievements include the 2018 Richard W. Dyer Award, the Who’s Who Award, completing the Future, Business, Leader, and America levels of the Business Achievement Awards, 200 hour Community Service Award, 1st place in Business Ethics in 2018, and 2nd place in Emerging Business Issues in 2017. For her chapter, her achievements also include the 2018 Connecticut State Trophy, Golden State Chapter, Outstanding National Chapter, Largest Increase in Members award, Membership Mania award, Membership Madness award, and the three chapter challenges awards. Apart from FBLA, she is the Editor-in-Chief of The Record, the CEO and Founder of the National Financial Literacy Initiative, the President of the Hotchkiss Italian Society, and the President of LinkAge.
Allie Bartels is a Junior at Wilton High School. She is currently serving as the Connecticut State Secretary. Allie has been an active member of FBLA since her freshman year. She served as her chapter’s Treasurer freshman year and has been her chapter’s Co-President since sophomore year. Her notable FBLA achievements include winning 3rd place in Risk Management and Insurance at the 2018 Spring Leadership Conference and qualifying for the National Leadership Conference. Outside of FBLA, her leadership positions include Co-Editor of the WHS yearbook, Vice President of WHS Current Events Club and serving as a volunteer in Ambler Farm’s apprentice program.
Kevin Kurian, your State Treasurer, is from Simsbury High School and has been an active member for four years. His FBLA achievements include the 2017 CT FBLA Who’s Who award, 2nd place in Public Speaking 1 2016, and 1st place in Principles and Procedures 2017 as well as completing the Future, Business, and Leader levels for the BAAs. He has served as Simsbury FBLA’s Secretary and President. Last year, Kevin served as CT FBLA State President Kevin has taken leadership roles in his school’s student council, debate team, and has even started his own 501(c)3 business, Project LISA Inc.
